What has taken so long with the rollout of the chip readers in the first place? Why did the US not switch to chip and pin? Why do many retailers (even big ones) still not have tap and pay? I don’t know and none of it makes much sense.

Old tractors basically never die.  Most stuff can be rebuilt over and over.  Most of them have sleeved diesel engines.  A good diesel tractor will only ever depreciate so much, no matter how old it is.  An diesel orchard tractor from the 70's is still pretty valuable in good working condition.  If it’s so old that it

So what would you do if both wheels had fallen off? Belly up landing? Seems that might be safer.

I’m not really sure this matters 100%.  Look at who buys luxury cars.  Many luxury cars were the last to give up on tape decks.  Most geezers probably don’t know what car-play even is.

I think the new naming scheme was a really dumb idea.  It took me a while to realize the q50 was the new g37.  I rented one a while back, was an amazing car.  Maybe they need a new advertising campaign.  Oh and a wagon.  :D

I can’t get used to Ram.  I still call them all Dodges.

How does not having doors make it better?

It is a pity that the next frontier will not just be the global Navara. The newer gen Navara looks great in my opionion and gets great reviews overseas. But of course we can’t have nice things here. Nissan wants to give us a “real truck” which probably means a huge grille and V6 and not much else. So soon Nissan will

I love it! I’ve had major respect for the versa ever since my family rented one in mexico (called something else there though, Tiida or something). Not sure how they made the back seats as roomy as they are.

I live in Seattle, which is fruitful ground for odd cars that semi-rich folks can afford and I have yet to see a single tour-x.  Also a lot of snobs around here, so that could explain it, but I expected to see a few at least.  Of course they bascially didn’t advertise this thing at all except for a few glympses in

I remember seeing a picture of the new 1996 Civic in my high school’s library and thinking, “man those headlights look huge!” it looked pretty weird to me at the time.   My sister got a brand new 5 speed ex coupe straight out of college.  That car gave made me finally get what the fuss was about hondas.

:D  If it was up to me, touchscreens in cars would be outlawed.  Lol.

I give 2 shits about where they put the goddam screen.

I still like nissans.  Every one I’ve ever rented recently has been great.  My family has owned Nissans (datsuns) since the early 1960s.  Sure they aren’t the same company as they were in the 90's, but they still are a great deal.

This thing looks great.  Here’s hoping they bring back the SE-R version, or at least Nismo with a 6 speed manual.  Also, dang I wish somebody could make a wagon.  Hasn’t been a wagon sentra in over 30 yrs.

To say that speed has no factor is completely denying the laws of physics.

I just want somebody to make a simple electric car. Speedo + charge gauge, that’s it. No big dumb screen that’s gonna be abandon-ware in a few years.

Don’t you think it would be more interesting if you were to actually try and talk to the folks that own these cars and get some stories out of it, rather than just speculate?

I got one of these with my first portable cd player, a panasonic, somewhere around 96 or so.  The player is long gone, but the adapter is still in my 280zx’s blaupunkt unit, sitting in storage.
