I don’t think any luxury car can really count as a sleeper. Maybe, but most folks wouldn’t know what is fast or what’s not. I’ve always wanted to take a Datsun 810 or 1st gen Maxima and get an RB25DET for it. I am thinking it would be an easier swap than putting an RB25 in a Z-car. This is because the RB series

I have a 2000 frontier that has an even smaller bed.  It’s amazing what you can haul with it if you are good at tying knots.  Also this is the truck configuration that the rest of the world prettymuch prefers and they seem to get quite a lot of work done with it.

Yeah, a lot of folks don’t realize it, but the Tacoma is a special truck made just for the american market because Toyota knew that it could sell a less heavy-duty truck to us because most of us don’t use our trucks for much more than hauling furniture occasionally. Most people also don’t realize that Nissan uses a

Yeah its ridiculous, not sure why the bed sides are so dang tall.  Seems like a bizarre trend.  Is it just for styling?

This. Exactly.

I don’t get it either.  Let’s hope the new Frontier won’t be quite as bad as the Colorado.

Drum brakes on the rear? Who cares man. I’ve had my Frontier since 2002 and the rear drums have required zero maintenance. They are harder to work on, but it does not affect the performance one iota.

I think it’s on the way.  They are taking forever, it’s maddening.  There have been a few test mule pictures floating around and they look prettymuch exactly like this truck.  Probably they are waiting for a newly styled massive grill to be ready so that ‘mericans won’t have too much shrinkage when they buy one.

You’re not crazy, straight engines are so much easier to work on.  I really don’t like V engines at all really.  So much more complicated.

All i want is a crew cab compact pickup with a 4cyl diesel and a stick-shift in the U.S.

These are great and unique cars, but this one is just too dirty.

Alright well I always consider reliability the most important quality of a car and my experience with Nissans is pretty darn good.

Have you driven either of these cars?

Hey if this is how we have to get wagons here, then I’m all for it. A lifted wagon is better than a purpose built crossover” any day.

Does anybody know why virtually all cars have very similar pull type door handles these days?

Its just an Opel, so dont think of it as a Buick. Who cares about the badge anyhow?

My Nissan Patrol has a generator. Sometimes I wish it had an alternator. Came from the factory with positive ground also, but that is another story.

Nice. I have noticed that the Rogue prettymuch gets tops in its class for fuel economy. Or at least it did a few years ago. Probably more the cvt than anything else though.

I was thinking the same thing. Might not even have hurt the truck that much. I over-load my frontier every once in a while. Not hard to do with a gravel and such.

Ha. I came her just to say you forgot about the Eagle! How dare you.
