That is a fantastic deal on the mouse, especially as I am looking for one right now. Rebates piss me off though.

@CCG3: I was constantly getting FC's on RC1, and by constantly, I mean every 30 seconds. I would have messed around to fix it, but the lack of Apps2SD was a dealbreaker for me.

@The Rogue Economist: I only tried RC1 so far, didn't know RC2 was around yet (and maybe the DS version isn't). In any case, I'm guessing it runs much better on devices that aren't a G1...LOL.

@Burke: Urban was a solid choice. None of them are particularly terrible (except Saldana), just unremarkable.

Speaking as someone who's installed probably two dozen different ROM's on his G1, here's my specific recommendations.

Hey now, any news that gives Simon Pegg more screentime is good news! Only casting choice in the new Star Trek that I really liked.

@quikboy: Samsung is hoarding all the Super AMOLED so your best bet will be to buy their WinPho7 device.

"All The Rage" felt to me like one of the strongest Eureka episodes since before the strike break of season 3. The phlebotinum-science was kept at a minimum, the plot wasn't entirely predictable, the drama didn't seem forced, and it actually got me to care about the characters again. It still had its faults but this

@BGR: I was about to comment the same thing. Unless this is going to be a budget model phone, sticking tech that's outdated today in a phone coming months from now seems like a dumb move. I really want to see a phone that features one of those new dual-core Qualcomm chips.

The only OS I really appreciated Sense on was WinMo6.5. Much like on Android 2.1+, Sense just doesn't make sense on WinPho7

@leaderbuilder: Yeah even if they do upgrade to 2.2 quickly, I'd reflash a vanilla rom anyway. I've read reviews that say the changes Samsung made to the OS in the name of Touchwiz lag the overall ui. (Which is a shame considering the amazingness of the device guts).

@atrus123: The good thing about Samsung's Galaxy S line is that it's got open-source firmware and has already been rooted. You can put vanilla android 2.2 on it pretty easily in the effort to circumvent touchwiz completely.

@roopull: HDMI...but yeah, this is probably the best hardware on the market right now. I don't even expect HTC's rumored dual-core processor smartphone to trump its gaming power when that's finally available.

@leaderbuilder: Very very likely to be $199 w/ appropriate 2 year contract. Sprint has also mentioned that the $10/month "4G" fee applied to the Evo will carry to the Epic.

Wow 10 episodes! Congrats Felicia. It'll be nice to see her in a semi-regular role that isn't online.

@m_9: I wouldn't call him a supervillian, but Captain Hammer isn't exactly the protagonist in Dr Horrible.

@SophT: One reason I'd like to keep a hard keyboard is S/NES emulators ... they're pretty wretched using the touch screen and accelerometer for control.

@ITIL_Prince: I have a lot of respect for Christopher Nolan as a director, which is why I do plan to eventually see Dark Knight. But I'm not really into overhyped eye-candy action movies (Hence Iron Man I have no interest in whatsoever), I kind of prefer a story that I can't predict scene for scene after the opening

Swype is a pretty great keyboard. I think with a bigger screen than I have on my G1, I could actually give up a hardware keyboard for it. Here's hoping that they build a version for WinPho7
