@meatbag_pussrocket: When I started working at my current place I insisted we start backing up to at least one onsite and one offsite location, so I've got semi-daily incremental backups running and full backups every week, we are solid in that regard. But everything else.......let's just say a catastrophe is brewing.

@SQLGuru: Visual Studio has always been, in my opinion, one of the best IDE's out there...albeit pricey. The first language I learned to write in was Visual Basic 4. And I was nine. If that doesn't speak volumes for Microsoft's developer-friendliness, I don't think much else can. I haven't written software with VS.NET

@meatbag_pussrocket: I'm not surprised that 2010 edition would be a lot better. Nearly everything Microsoft has pushed out in the last 2 years has been full of win. (Let's just forget about that Kin mess.)

@meatbag_pussrocket: I run an Exchange server at the office and holy shit it is the most horrific technology Microsoft sells. (Or maybe it's just the 2003 edition? This place won't pay to upgrade) I've been switching people to Google Apps as much as possible. Half my day used to be dedicated to whatever fresh hell

This is slick. It's what I've been wanting in a smartphone for years. I'm doing Android right now but am totally prepared to jump ship if this really hits Verizon by November.

SwiftKey is still pretty uncomfortable to use on my G1's < 3" screen. But this one along with Swype does make me more comfortable switching to a large-screen keyboardless phone like the Galaxy S.

@Evdor: Too much time on his hands? Dude he's getting paid to do this. Best. Job. Ever.

@n3onkn1ght: I enjoyed Battlestar but there was no excuse for canceling Farscape. Total fahrbot dren.

@Kaiser-Machead v.2.1.1: This is the second time in 24 hours I've had to deliberately point out my facetiousness. Is it really that subtle?

@r0ckstarferlife: D'oh. That has got to be my most common typo. And you'd think I would proof-read my one-liners.

Shut up haters. Some people thing fat asses are sexy.

@meatbag_pussrocket: There's a local winery that brews a pretty decent white wine I'll buy sparingly, but yes for the most part, there is no such thing as "white wine". xD

I appreciate how at the end of this episode there was no "next time on Doctor Who" immediately following the final scene. Talk about spoilers...phew.

Plus, why trap him? Why not just kill him?

Didn't your momma ever teach you not to tap on the cage?

@popcorn that pops: I was being facetious, but LOL, yeah I remembered that a few minutes later. I don't drink white wine very often apparently.

Next, Apple removes Safari from iOS because people use it to look up porn sites.

@warezIbanez: That sucks, I can't imagine the reasoning behind the removal, but I guess I don't run the site. :P

@ODoyleRulz: Fry's doesn't exist in the midwest (not Iowa at least), and when I reluctantly go to Best Buy, it's for a specific task - I don't browse. I especially wouldn't be browsing the Playstation section, seeing that I don't own one.
