Dark Souls 3! Speaking of mimics, I didn't find a single DS2 mimic in DS3, but I know they're there, makes me sad. Right now I got my first character to level 120, I've got her parked at Pontiff's in NG+. Switched to the Gotthard Twinswords for PVP but quickly went back to my Profaned Greatsword. I don't get how

I love him because he's the one boss that ranks among the series most difficult but gives me no trouble at all. Only took me a few tries to beat him, and I only got hit twice. I'm not even that good, I don't think I could solo O+S still, but I can crush Fumey for some reason.

Yeah, you should be able to find enough idols, or at least be able take out a couple so you can keep him near that side and he won't heal.

He beat me during my first attempt in NG+ and I felt ashamed. :(

The first chest in the game you find is a mimic, it's crazy! DS1 and 2 made you wait until the 1/3 or 1/2 point. It's a nice twist though.

That bit is so annoying. And I think the only precedent for summoning yourself into another NPC phantom's game is with the dude in DS1 you rescue from the chapel, and you're invading him there. It's weird they would put so many of those NPC summons in this one when it's been almost nonexistent in previous entries. DS3

I was the same way in DS3. Most of the hard bosses were nothing, but the Crystal Sage? UGH. I always lose the most to "easy" bosses because I'm never ready for their gimmicks.

You'd think all those professionals would have noticed how "fundamentally flawed" the film is, but somehow it slipped right by them and the internet had to catch it.

To be fair, it's been quite some time since I've seen it, so a lot of what I'm saying is from memory, I just know that I LOVED that scene every time I watched the film, because of course I've seen it multiple times >_>

That's sort of the point. Why not let them use it at that point? They would have to pay for it, he would get money! But instead he says no, because? He doesn't like sampling?

Not at all, because you'd think that a movie that failed on a "fundamental level" would have less than a 77% on Rotten Tomatoes.

The Raiders truck chase is nowhere near as elaborate though.

No one likes Shia.

The jungle chase is the best part of the movie and I will never understand the hate. Yeah, the green screen and CGI is a bit obvious, but everything else is seriously top notch and inventive.

I just straight up liked it and no nitpicky nerds and their list of screenwriting 101 rules that the film allegedly broke is going to stop me from that.

Sampling doesn't really have an impact on the original work though. It's a completely different end product. The Cars aren't going to lose any money if they let him license the song, if anything it would get them more exposure. Plus, wouldn't they have something to gain from it since the rights would have to be

Yeah, but I think part of the argument is that art is a cultural product and so the creation of it should be less bound by monetary restrictions. Just because we live in a really capitalist system, doesn't mean we have to agree with it.

For someone who has no meaningful feelings about him, you were pretty quick to start questioning his abilities, despite not knowing much about music production .

I read the original when I was 12 or 13 and did just fine. They seriously do not need to dumb that shit down any more than it already is.

It's a long shot, but a new TES game preview would be sweet. But Bethesda seems to have moved to announcing and releasing their game all in the same year, and with FO4 being so recent, the next TES game is most likely still a couple years away, unfortunately :(
