YOU AND ME BROTHER
A+ newswire for use of the phrase "fuck support"
I totally agree. I didn't mind Only God Forgives at all, but you just know that if he put his talent behind a more traditional action, crime or horror film, it would be amazing.
The second one wasn't that bad and it seems like they're going for more of what made that one decent in this one. Maybe this can be the first "good" Purge movie.
The Purge idea keeps being taken by other people now and they always do it better than the actual movies.
The music is a part of the film though, no? He has control over that, it's a part of his direction, and he takes it a step further by making it himself. It doesn't inherently make someone a better director, but in the case of Carpenter, his music so specific that it's become a very integral part of his films. He was…
Hard to believe you've never come across that complaint before, I feel like I see it all the time. Most of Nolan's recent output has been safe, flashy, big budget blockbusters. Carpenter never really had that luxury, he was making lower budget films that weren't as overtly affected by the mainstream. And the question…
Too corporate. He's never taken risks like John Carpenter, and I don't think he will ever be anywhere near as influential. And he's not as multi-talented.
I watched Dirty Ho around when I first start posting here. I wrote a little review of it and someone thought I was joking and I was all "Did I say something wrong?" and someone else was like "No, no, he's just amazed that you went so far with that joke because no one would ever actually name a movie Dirty Ho."
I have that issue with RPGs too. So often the bad guy route is to just say no to everything and you end up missing out on content. It would be a lot more intuitive and allow for better roleplaying if you had the option to sort of take the enemies side more often.
I got absolutely destroyed by a pyromancer online the other night. He didn't lock on at all, just kept predicting my movements or tagging me with Fire Surge, they were amazing O_O
I will continue to play Dark Souls 3 this weekend because apparently I am now just a dedicated DS player and don't need anything else, ever.
I feel like explaining Drake's appeal to people who don't like him is a lost cause. They either get into him on their own or they just won't. He's surprisingly divisive given his popularity.
Dreams Money Could Buy is A+++
I actually did worse my first time with the Sword Master :( I was losing my cool and died almost immediately, so I said fuck it and got a third summon so we could kick his ass.
Heh, if anything it probably just makes you a better player since you're going through things at a much lower level than intended.
I find the Glaive to be really great and I've noticed it growing in popularity lately. It has a four hit spin to win combo with R2, R1, L2, R2 that will more or less kill anyone dead who gets caught in the whole thing.
O_O Why?! I think I remember talking to you about DS2 and you were similarly under leveled.
Yeah, but it looked cool at least
What level were you for Yhorm?
