I think that sort of logic applies to most elements of the show. People forget about context a lot when criticizing a character's actions. They forget that these people don't have the same perspective as the audience, or that they live in a world with vastly different morals, codes and standards than our own.

I wish all the show's fight scenes could be as well shot and edited as that one was. Felt like a different show for a moment there.
