Well while you are entirely correct one must consider that the meager ports (even 360 version) only have 5% of the content one can bring in to a world and synergize with each other on the PC.

As a German American I feel sorry for anyone who turns down a film because it's not in their native language. For most any non-English speaking country watching movies with subtitles from time to time is a given but I don't meet many Americans who even "bother" watching a movie with subtitles.
