My garage at home adheres to the “Why not both” philosophy on this. Mind you the 5 is a Q5 TDI to judiciously avoid the fuel economy point you bring up, as it’s a good one. Plus the 400+ Ft-lb torque of the turbo diesel is totally fine from a performance standpoint.

My 6yr old who has watched Ponyo a crazy amount of times, watched this trailer with me and asked “Is this a new Ponyo?”.
My first thought as well. I already own a good vehicle with great towing capacity. I love the Raptor, but think that it would probably be more fun to get a pair a Can-Am Maverick 2 seaters and go tear it up with a friend.
