No way. I'm not saying throw Gus' backstory into this season that's already well-stocked, but set it up for a future season. BCS has already turned into the expanded universe setup story for Breaking Bad with all the throwback characters they're bringing in. There's no reason not to introduce a fan favorite like Gus.

I love how it has completely exceeded my expectations. I knew it was going to be good given that Vince and Peter Gould were going to be running it, but holy shit. THIS is what any prequel story of a beloved property should feel like.

Pardon the pun, but Banks is a CRIMINALLY underappreciated actor. Just so fucking good.

He'd still be in a wheelchair in the time frame we're in, but here's what I want to see - more backstory on Gus and Tio factoring into it. That Don Eladio scene at the pool still haunts me.

I wanna shoot that .50 caliber rifle he had. Beautiful. I'd buy that middle rifle off him in a minute, too. The man knows his high-quality rifles.

lol, you bought a Seal album.

That was more of the beginning of a relationship than a summation. It's gotta start somewhere. I thought it was lovely.

Happy birthday, Francine.

I'm reading all your posts in Eugene's voice from here on out.

Definitely a jail or a cage, and he was freaking out about it because of his time spent being held in a cage back at that dude's farm.

Thank you. I appreciate that. I received some vindication when it didn't win a damn thing at the Oscars this year, but I'm still shaking my head when I hear people fawn over it. I just don't get it.

He'll never know if the $50 ever really existed if he does.

It's no 'R.I.P.D.', but I guess it will have to do.

Steve Harvey looks like he's stuck in some Memento-like existence where he keeps forgetting he's ever heard a dick joke.

Hey, look at that! Totally unintentional, too.

He's wearing a suit coat lined with aluminum foil. Clearly he's intelligent, but not exactly sane.

Of the characters we have, she's the closest to a moral center. All I meant. She is in no way perfect.

I absolutely agree that Kim is the moral center of the show, but I wonder if Chuck is more of a foil to Saul than she is. At this point, anyway.

You're probably right, but it sure would be fun.

I'm not saying to let him off the hook, which is why I added to what I said.
