I vaguely recall seeing the Redman episode, which is weird because that may be the only episode of the series I’ve seen.  Probably because I immediately changed the channel on the others for being ridiculous. I think Method Man was also in his episode? That or there was some other thing with Method Man and Redman

The only way the above could have been better if the guy running away had been Bruce Campbell.

As mentioned elsewhere, these emails are likely to do with updating apps to support the latest OS versions, which is aggravating (if not impossible) for indie developers. Who knows if they’re still setup for development, and even if they are they will have to spend time upgrading their app/project.

While I never worked a contract at Nintendo, I have seen similar things with Microsoft. Though not quite as bad

Wow, way to go off on a tangent.  Also, the anniversary was on the 15th, so there’s that.

Yeah, CA has had the “cars are lethal weapons” aspect for a long time. To some extent it makes sense, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is abused all the time and applied to situations where it shouldn’t, such as when a cop is in their own car or inside a building.

I hate to admit it, but NFTs can be used for a few things. Technically. However, NFTs do those things terribly compared to already existing solutions. Except maybe graft. NFTs excel at that just because of the minimal regulations, so all of the old scams that are illegal for real objects of value are fully available

It’s been years since I’ve played any of them, but I believe some of the spinoffs for Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors have options for directing commanders. I think it’s the ‘Empires’ games, but I could be mistaken. The Empires games also have other game design and strategy elements that I think are meant to be

Are you sure the murderer isn’t Andy Dick? After what he did to Phil Hartman, maybe Andy decided to take a more direct role in his murders?

The sad part of flat earth is that it’s like a gateway drug to multiple other conspiracy theories. It’s usually just one part of a person’s preferred conspiracy about who is controlling the world and why. And the combination of conspiracy theories just support each other, making it even harder to explain how or why

This theory [of a round Earth] only works if the sun was thousands of light years away

I’ve heard about that. Supposedly orcs have psychic powers or something that allow them to alter reality around them, but they’re so dumb they don’t know about the powers or how to use them to their fullest extent. So these powers manifest in ways that orcs think the world works, like not needing windows on their

To me the Among Us usage of ‘sus’ is specifically meaning suspicious, which is an adjective. As such, I think that British cop usage needs to be clarified, because ‘suspect’ can be either an adjective or a noun, and only the adjective version applies to Among Us. E.g. “that man’s actions are suspect (i.e. suspicious)

I’d heard Naruto had a lot of filler, but dang. That definitely beats out DBZ.

Also, at $5 it’s an amazing deal for the size of the game, even with some bugs.

I have a few callouts:

Yeah, I’ve dropped a few games where management (inventory or otherwise) turned out to be the largest amount of time spent instead of letting me focus on the actual fun parts.

The greatsword is almost surely intentional, given that Berserk is a known influence for the Souls games. That said, even if that weren’t true, I wouldn’t be surprised if something similar showed up. Then again, giant swords have been a common enough theme in anime and manga, so maybe something similar would have

Or you could have the worst of both worlds, like with Breath of the Wild.

My main takeaway is that a possible end to a “greater fool” scam is just outright theft.
