As a longtime Yakuza fan, I’m actually ok with this. If it doesn’t work out, there’s always the next game. Good to see they’re shaking it up a bit.

The voice acting cast is great, Nolan North, Troy Baker, ect. However, the characters look less like comic book heroes and more like cosplayers. It’s bugging the hell out of me too. To the point where, it might be a good game, but it’s just terrible to look at, and I don’t want to play it because of that.

The game itself looks interesting, but the character designs are absolute rubbish. It’s so off-putting, I may just take a pass on it, because who wants to play a game you don’t like to look at?

Nerfnow can have it’s opinion of Outward, but it’s a wrong opinion. For a budget game made by a small dev team, this game is huge, and a lot fun to explore. Think Skyrim, except you aren’t the chosen one, but you get by.

Let’s put it this way: I cancelled my monthly Origin Premiere, because Anthem just has no endgame, and the developers keep messing up loot drops. That $15 now goes to my EverQuest account, and I’ve restarted on one of their new progression servers.
