Misogyny in PoC communities is not overlooked. It is a very widely discussed topic in Black Feminism, Latinx Feminism, and Womanism. I’m sure it’s discussed in other PoC communities as well but those are the three I’m most familiar with.

As a queer (yes, queer!) woman who actually works in the community and doesn’t just know some people, this is completely untrue. For the most part, it’s a widely accepted term and not just applied to”formerly bisexual people” (people still identify as bi, friend) or whatever you are saying.
