How does one give a virtual high-five?

I have received a refund from a dealer before for an overpayment on registration fees or taxes, I don’t remember which. They didn’t call or email, just sent a check.

This is exactly what my Lincoln does; After 10 minutes of idling in park, whether I had opened the door or not, it tells me to press ok or the car will shut off in 30 seconds.
