Agreed completely. But I think they can redeem it. Less forced mystery, more facts. Trickle out the details rather than just add new elements that don’t go anywhere. And tie it in with the past, rather than have these two seemingly separate storylines. Ancient Egypt seems like a great place to do that.

The core fans would fucking riot if they scraped the modern day story. Whereas most gamers praised Syndicate as a solid AC game with some of the best characters in the series, the AC reddit hates that game.

What are the chances Kojima’s just fucking with people and Death Stranding will make an E3 appearance in some fashion?

Sure thing! As far as gameplay goes, the first Injustice for cheap will really be your demo.

I believe he clicked and commented to ask his question in the most sensible place readily available. That seems to be common sense.

I already thought it was supposed to come out in the fourth quarter of 2018, so...okay!!

Ryan’s assessment of the desirability of backward compatibility was criticized widely by lovers of classic games, including Kotaku’s Chris Kohler, who arguesthat titles like Suikoden II still do look very good.

I suspect “imaginary” here was meant to mean that it is more conceptual than tangible (or, less-directly tangible, especially compared to an expressed relationship between two people). I agree FreeRon’s wording is a little off the mark, but I think their point stands, that gender power imbalance in society doesn’t

Fact: I can do the voice and spit out the advertisement with lightning speed and expert precision. I do this loudly at parties and watch the mixed looks of shock, horror, and joy as people try to find out who’s playing the youtube video.

I need to pin this to my fucking wall.

I’ve always gamed, but now I am more than ever because it helps me with recovery. A little bit of an explainer here:

I just reread my comment and realize I totally misworded that. “The lull between having money and the time constraints of children” means post-having money, pre-having children. I have no children. I bought Injustice 2 on Friday and have done nothing but play that and watch The Flash (seems like a nice companion show

Nothing brings home just how fucking goofy the characters in this game walk than watching Ciri perform a minor act of contortion to look at you in first person. (1:10 in the top video)

Tomorrowind.

That’s how Injustice 2 got me. The first one came in a bundle when I bought my PS4, and knowing how I am with fighting games (no matter how great they are, I get over them pretty quickly), decided to wait till I2 was heavily discounted. But then I didn’t, and I’m glad.

1. Switch allowing cloud storage backup. (It’d be my main console of choice for any non-exclusive if it had that.)

I’m not sure I could say just yet - I’m still playing through the story - but I’ll have a better idea once I spend time with some of the other game modes. The big pull for a non-fighting game fan is probably going to be the character customization aspect of it. Loot boxes, armor, stat buffs, appearance alterations,

Thanks! The older I get, the more I feel the need to try as many titles as possible and become a more well-rounded gamer (and I’m at the nice lull between having enough money to buy games and the time constraints of children).

Because it feels like every other major release in 2017 is a GOTY contender (even though that will ultimately go to Zelda more often than not), I’ve been jumping around like crazy. The only 2017 game I’ve finished has been Horizon Zero Dawn, so I’m just hopping around different titles, which will probably take me

Yeah I started looking at maps at about 80 as well. Although not this weekend! I ended up getting Injustice 2, which is excellent.
