Perfect, only tack on Subaru SVX windows, then shrink it in the drier.

Sweet! This is obviously "post cars that [zadtheinhaler] would have to chop his legs off to drive" Day.

I am 6'2", and i would happily chop off my legs to drive that diminutive beauty.

I agree- I lost too much skin to vinyl as a kid.

Not to mention much easier to work on- I think you can fit all the tools you'd need into a 8x8" scrip.

My answer as well. Besides, if one isn't too picky about correctness, there are plenty of powertrain options for the Karmann- Porsche, Subaru, to name but a few.

Nope, I got a wee bit fizzy myself.

I too grew up in a Ford house, and I have no small amount of love for the Suburban. I had an '87 until the engine literally blew up. Until that happened, it was hella useful, got me out of snowy jams, and that 454 (punched out to 468!) made an awesome noise.

Using that awful puck would undoubtedly result in many accidents. I so hated those things.

I had NO idea my Voyager shared parts with a Baja bug, for I too have Impressionist brand(tm) windshield wipers!

Nope, same here - seemed like there was virtually no compliance.

Man, I thought I was the only one to remember that car!

Heh, I loved that car from the start - a car with a periscope?

Not that I needed another reason to watch that again (damn is Clara hawt!), but thanks, I didn't notice that before.

Correct.
