Can anyone with a better knowledge of Irish law than me (i.e. probably everyone) tell me if not referring the bill to the Supreme Court actually leaves it open to constitutional challenges later on, or is it airtight by virtue of being signed by the President?

Go for a resume in each language I think. It shows off your skills, and also I know that for bilingual schools in the country I'm in they ask for two CVs etc in each language and then I think you have a bilingual interview. Good luck with it!
