Did you just... tell the guy that actually did the thing that the thing doesn’t take the time to plan they said it took them? Then proceed to rearrange words to repeat what they said back to them?
Arnold does real-time licensing from a license server, so what this probably means is that a single machine doing a single frame lost connectivity to that server. It’s... a surprisingly common issue, and usually gets caught somewhere in QA. Either it got missed or they decided they didn’t have time to redo the scene.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided isn’t the first game to take this approach (it’s not even the first Deus Ex game to do so), but it certainly puts it in the best terms. If your game has a story, this is 100% the right way to let people go about it.

I would say that everyone at Valve is a gamer. We love games, and there’s no reason we wouldn’t want to make games.
Yeah, but my problem is my favorite part of them was the atmosphere, and this looks like a fucking theme park ride. So if it had the same elements but a creepy atmosphere, I'd be a little less hostile. Even Wind Waker had some creepy shit in its cartooniness, and I just don't see it here.
