People can bitch about the game all they want. It had that certain feel, music, ambiance (modern meets sci fi feeling) and character interaction that I find to make it one of my favorite games. I'm hoping the new HD PC release sells well too.

Agreed. While I like a good mixture of humor in my games I can always rely on FF to give me a serious story as that is the main reason I play these games is for their story and worlds. While recently the FF games have been down right depressing story wise at least I could take them seriously (mostly). Unlike games…

I love Zidane. He is an smart ass and a jerk quite a bit of the time as he jokes around to hide his own insecurities. That is much more interesting than someone who acts tough in order to hide. It gives him a different level of character building.

They are all pretty self contained so start anywhere. But unless you want your ass kicked non-stop until you can't stand it anymore then start with either P3 or P4.
