Just started The Wheel of Time series. On the second book, The Great Hunt. So far it's been a decent read, although other reviews I've read online have me worried about investing too much time in this long series.

I make my own BPC, but I use Ghee instead of butter ,Coconut milk and just brew coffee from the Keurig. Much cheaper this way. Plus I have it after having a small breakfast. It does seem to help with the cravings between breakfast and lunch time.
