Autozam AZ-1 ... The pint sized super car complete with gullwing doors.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but the Hummer H-3, especailly when equipped with a 5-speed manual made great use of GM's "small" LLR straight 5-cylinder engine. When is 3.7L engine small? When its powering 4,700lb of chromed-up American machismo. Despite all the flaws, truck was fun to drive.

Hard to top the Toyota sourced 1.8 l engine in the Lotus Elise. They've done wonders with that little engine, wonders.

@sinyster: ... and sex is overrated

Automatic? Seriously. WTF!

I believe he's with the Underhill party.

@Audaxero: Carabo also has the best badge ever.

@BrtStlnd: i think they made two ... one build ready; the other just the skin with a bag of balls underneath

@BigHarv: Love that thing. Engineering on crack.

@pauljones: Always thought this was the most impressive Jeep one-off.

1992 Ghia Focus - Most impressive concept car I've ever seen in person. True piece of automotive sculpture. Sold for a cool million at Ford's big concept car auction at Christie's a few years back. Estimates for the car's value before the acution was $100,000. Anyone know who bought it? Would love to see it again.

@Kid-A: preaching to the choir, brother, preaching to the choir

@kooper: Agree, 100 % ... I tired to come up with something else but failed. There are some great odd ball V-12 cars out there like the Yamaha OX99-11 but all in all the McLaren F1 has them all beat, by spades.

Just the greatest super car ever made - i.e. the McLaren F1.

Now playing

I love Steve McQueen and I know the Jalop nation loves him as well but the thought of him selling a Ford Puma. Com'on. This is Seven F*cking McQueen, not Gene Wilder. The Puma couldn't even serve as McQueen's golf cart. Not that the man played golf and if he did I am sure he carried his own bag. Sad stuff.

"Anarchy in the UK." Try driving an Austin Princess for a week. You'll want to break a great many things.
