Seriously! Folks are scared of the world. You’d think that the population of the U.S. must have decreased by hundreds of millions from the advent of the automobile until the advent of airbags the way folks react.

I’m lucky that, in my four years in DC...my initial 25, no highway, daily commute changed to a 10 minute, no highway, commute about two years in.  So...that helped.  

My “welcome home” present to myself after ~20 years served overseas.  Decided it was time to enjoy myself after all I’d been through.  Comically...I’m headed back out...and very well may be bringing her with me!

All of that you said is very true...it comes down to the point of...do you focus 99% of your purchase-intent on the 1% chance...or the other way around....

Only car I own, daily driver, rain/snow/shine....and if you notice the scaffolding in the back...I even toss it around the track. All of that in the DC Metro Area.

Oh wow...I had no idea they’d already stopped....goes to show how boring/insignifigant the model-year changes in them have been.  :)

You know all the mid-west cops are *dying* for them...you know...for all those off-road chases they dream of having while running down jeep bros...

I see (especially unmarked) sedans all over the DC/VA area...they are ubiquitous doing speed/HOV violations on the beltway....

Every journalist, on every platform, from every flavor of media....should throw shade at the Urus...

So...how is Ford going to balance “no more cars” with keeping up their Police fleet sales? Are they going whole-hog (pun intended) on Explorer (and probably Bronco) Police Interceptor packages?

The most depressing part about this ethics law is that the specific use of gendered pro-nouns will allow her lawyers to convince any judge, sadly even a left-leaning judge, to throw the case because it obviously can’t apply to a “her” when it’s specifically aimed at preventing men from being unethical.....

You’d see all the outrage in the world if it was a database of gun owners.
