So...generally speaking “Fair Use” only covers non-profit/educational use of materials....once you make money off of someone elses copyright/trademark....it’s illegal.

TONS of etsy shops, home-businesses, etc...violate fair use all the time to make profit off of others IP. They just fly under the radar by being small,…

That’s not unreasonable. A company like Shelby that was building Eleanor replicas and selling them for up to $150,000 should be paying some sort of license fees to the holders of the car’s copyright, I’d think. It’s very clearly a business venture and is using that car’s cachet and look and feel to sell cars.

Yeah...we can blame the A.I. all we want...but it’s all revenue based....don’t deny it.

The A.I. bots, as well as humans, can easily tell the difference between appropriate and inappropriate content on social media.

I saw an amazing political comic the other day wherein a guy was screaming “I don’t want the government telling me what to do with my body...”
The second panel zoomed out and he was standing in front of a Planned Parenthood building, finishing his statement with “...I want them to tell her what to do with hers!”
