Well...to be fair...the USCG and USMC could easily be eliminated, shifting their missions to the USN and USA respectively. Both merges would have zero effect on overall mission/response capability and would eliminate billions in duplicitive management/logistics/overhead.

All Papaya Pol Pot bashing aside...lets be honest...he wants it to be a sixth full member of the DoD...

The problem is that Ruby Rose is the same category of actors as Johnny Depp / Ronda Rousey / Jason Statham / Helena B. Carter....they simply *can’t* act. They portray their own actual personality on screen in different costumes/situations...but every time they’re on screen you see *Ruby Rose* not *character*.
