    Seriously, this guy could've just set up shop in my place of employment. Lots of people around here with about the same level of computer skills. And I'm at an IT shop.

    Yeah — that's been an issue since as far back as I can remember. For some reason, when you email .APK's, they're either corrupted or they just plain don't work. :\ Have to do it through a cable or a direct download.
