Thank you, this has been my question. I see no motivation for them to make up this story. Even the people who say it’s fake don’t seem to have any reason why they would make it up.

He let a felony rapist basically free. He has some responsibility when this guy rapes another poor woman a month after he get’s out of not prison, but county jail.
True. But he did sentence a rapist to 1/4 of the recommended minimum sentence because he didn’t think the fact that he raped someone should have a negative effect on his life. He did make it crystal clear, not just to the victim of this rape but to rape victims everywhere, that he holds rapists in considerably higher…
