Any in particular I should be avoiding? Now I'm curious which ones you've had to discard.

He got a Leaf - he's had it for maybe 2 years now I think, and loves it. He fits comfortably, and passengers under 6' can sit behind him perfectly comfortably even when he has his seat all the way back. And even with over 6', as long as there's no one in the middle seat it's still not a terrible fit.

You'd be surprised. My dad gets annoyed at my mom when she answers time questions backwards. He'll ask when he should start grilling the meat, and my mom will answer "well the potatoes went in the oven at X and take an hour, so they'll be ready at X." Then he'll get annoyed that she didn't just tell him an exact time

Mike Birbiglia summed this up so well. "It's so easy to be on time: You just have to be early... on time just lasts a second, and then you're late."

The fear face looked more like cartoonish embarrassment to me than the guy's "embarrassed" face. If I smile when I'm embarrassed, it's more of a grimace. And why is the compassionate guy blowing out his cheeks like some sort of chipmunk impersonation?

My college had a great off-campus housing office - since most college students are first-time renters, you can often find information and resources on local college websites that address how to deal with landlords, and local tenant laws. They're not always on the homepage - search for a page for an office for

Agreed - they can't just say they recognize the problem, and that they're going to try. Change needs to at least start happening

That's a good point! There's a lot of variation in skin care needs even regardless of gender (sun protection, acne, cold and wind, freckles), there should be more out there for specific dude needs.

I've been using Dove unscented soap for a while now, and it's an easy and cheap solution with a little less mess than shaving cream... but the Barbasol price tempts me back to using shaving cream again.

I'm now imagining losing an entire day to the shaving process. "Hey, want to go out Saturday?" "Sorry, can't, I have to shave my legs."

It would help then to have "men's" / "for men" in the title or first paragraph. Men aren't the only ones who use shaving cream, and I was totally disappointed to click and not see any relevant information.

Did any women make suggestions for shaving cream? The men's versions can be appealing since they're usually cheaper, but that doesn't seem to be a consideration for this list. And hell if I'm applying shaving cream to my legs with a brush.

The pants I wore to work today have those fake back pockets that are just slits sewn up. I feel ya, sister.

It has Philly now - though 2 of the 5 restaurants they gave me are Geno's and the Sheraton, so not sure if I trust these recommendations.

That's assuming I take the time to boil and pour my tea at least 5 minutes before I leave my house... Maybe I need to plan out my morning routine a little better :)

As someone from a tall family, I can't imagine anyone buying a car without at least sitting in it first. It boggles my mind that people ask if it's comfortable rather than seeing if it's comfortable for them personally.

I love roasting carrots, potatoes, onions, and squash together (sometimes adding zucchini and/or red and gold bell pepper). Granted, these are already tastier veggies to begin with, but roast them with olive oil, salt, & pepper, and you've got something really tasty.

That's my problem with my current thermos - I need to keep the lid on so I don't spill it, but then it's undrinkable. I'll have to try the ice cube trick, but my worry is that my tea won't brew properly if it's too cool... well, first-world tea-drinking problems.

I basically read this infographic as, these fonts are used a lot, consider this alternative you may not have known about. Calibri is perfectly fine as a default, but maybe you want your work to stick out a little more instead of looking like you used the default font setting.

I have two different pizza menus in my drawer right now with Papyrus headings. Is someone selling a template to pizzerias suggesting they try looking more Egyptian?
