Dude, Rico Suave was a pimp.
Dude, Rico Suave was a pimp.
I thought y’all were supposed to have a great personality? You kinda sound like a bitch.
Yes, please. God forbid anyone ever be outgoing or friendly. Everyone retreat to your headphones and smart phone. Let’s all be paranoid quiet little introverts!
Shut it down. We’re done.
So, fuck F1, GP2, GP3, F3000, Formula Renault 3.5, Formula Nippon, F2000, Indy Lights, Star Mazda, Formula Atlantic, etc as well? Open wheel racing is open wheel racing dude. Guys know the risks.
Seriously, it baffles my mind when I see guys wearing fucking white t shirts under a dress shirt, especially in this day and age and with the current popular cuts of button downs. Not only do you look like a 12 year old going to their first communion, it’s got to be hot and stuffy as shit.
$30 is now “pretty rich”?
What’s the elbow like on those?
F1 is off a month, Indycar’s terrible schedule is only matched by the horrific 4 months off at a time WEC schedule. Tudor has had a few races, but no one talks about them. This site seems scared to talk about bikes, what else are they supposed to discuss?
1.) As long as Talladega and Daytona retain 33 degrees of banking, we’re going to see restrictor plates. These cars would do 230+ in a draft, spin one around at that speed and it’s going into the stands. Only other real option would be going to a smaller engine for those races, like the Busch series did back in the…
And? A boring road race is no better than a boring oval.
Uh, you might want to look up “project blueprint” Circa 2003. A V8SC is about as “stock” as a NASCAR sprint cup car. The “holdens” “fords” “Nissans” “Mercedes” “volvos”, etc are all the exact same spec chassis. Literally the only difference on those cars is the nose and front valence. Just like a Sprint Cup “Camry”,…
A lot of people, myself included, happen to enjoy oval racing. You ever done it? I primarily run a NASA GTS car, so most of my background is road racing, but getting behind the wheel of a late model stock car or a K&N Pro type chassis is something to behold. Oval racing isn’t easy, by any stretch of the imagination,…
And neither of them handle worth a shit compared to a proper F1 car or a WEC Spec LMP1? What’s your point ?
You’re not that bright, are you? They’re both silhouette based racing series, both run pretty much spec cars, have nearly identical engines, and are primarily marketed based on driver personalities. Yea, one runs road courses, the other mostly ovals. As a product, they’re damn near the same thing. V8SCs are Aussie…
Which is different how compared to NASCAR and its top tier series? We’ve seen some great races in the cup series this season, Kentucky, Watkins Glen, California, Pocono, etc.
You tell me. I follow both series, frankly they’re pretty much the same to me.
No, I really don’t. Both are silhouette based series with minimal manufacturer involvement, marketed primarily around the drivers, and the on track antics as such. Both have 2/3 of the season made up with absolutely boring races. Don’t be the usual “Oh, it’s different than what we get in the US, it must be better”…
Do they now? The street courses with the V8SCs are fun due to the stupidity, but most of their season is just boring, processional bullshit with little actual racing. No different than the bulk of the Sprint Cup season on mile and a half ovals.
What does that even mean? In concept, a V8 SC and a Nascar “stock car” are almost identical from a rules standpoint. Tightly controlled V8 engines, RWD, Spec chassis, spec wheelbase, spec identical center sections and greenhouse, spec rear aero, with some manufacturer branding allowed on the nose.
