Sounds like a terrible idea.  I’ve watched the dashcam videos of people doing something similar (brake checking) and the results aren’t pretty.  The world would be a better place without any kind of road raging.

Owner of multiple VWs, the 2015 Passat had no soul. The car purchase I regret (and only brand new) the most. 

I’m not sure I think a lot of that engine placement. As others have pointed out, even for a wasserpumper, there’ll be heat issues. What concerns me, though, it that it’s hanging way down there, just ripe for hitting things in the road and causing *really* expensive damage. Like, say, speed bumps.
