I sincerely believe Kanye West is talented and insightful enough to almost completely justify his arrogance, and I am prepared to fight anyone who discourages this notion.

Yeah! Thanks for the loud-as-balls droning autoplay, Teti!

That is such a great song, and it rarely gets its due.

Same thing happened to me when I showed my fiancee the videos for "Babushka" and "Cloudbusting." Thought she'd be super into them, but she just guffawed and rolled her eyes. We're still getting married, I guess.

The story goes that Kanye made her redo that verse at least three times before he deemed it acceptable. He knew she could do better, and dragged it out of her like a goddamn sensei.

An endless loop of The Oblongs and Mission Hill is categorically preferable to 4-hour blocks of "what may or may not be the same episode of The Cleveland Show, I don't know man, they're all equally incomprehensibly awful."

Man, I want one of those Beyond LPs badly. But as with all of Mondo's event-exclusive pressings (i.e. the Batman TAS 12" variants from last year), there will be fuck-all left in stock before it can get to the online store.

I like the cut of his jib, and it's commendable how deep he goes to mine some compelling notions out of pop culture and current events. But in all honesty, the dude can be exhausting.

Throw in Ryan Phillippe and you can call it

Another 48 Hours of Tedious Crap

Sigh Hard

I was actually talking out of my ass. I barely remember anything about the show outside of the actors and their respective character names.
