True, it does only affect those that sign up through iOS, however, the bit that's got everyone fired up is that Apple is forcing those you don't use their app to sell goods to now do it. In other words, Apple is going to force Netflix to have an option to purchase the subscription through the app and then take 30%.

The problem is that typically consoles start out selling at a loss and eventually only end up being barely profitable. The money comes from licensing fees. If all consoles played all games, who'd get those fees? No one.
