For the first shot it was just general malaise for 24 hours for my wife and I. The same for the second shot for my it was general malaise for my wife, but for me at the 24 hour mark my fever spiked (102) and stayed there for about 3 hours with chills and cold sweats before the fever broke and I felt fine.
