I’m sure I’ll feel that way in 10-15 years, but feeling how I feel now I’d say it’s likely a large portion of nostalgia.

Nixon’s is by far the tackiest. Ford somehow made it look like someone’s grandmom’s living room. I think Biden’s is probably the most classy/american followed by bush the 1st.
oh cool. they have a stellar track record for rollouts like this. maybe they’ll name it hbo now or hbo go just to keep things utterly confusing for everyone. oh! or three tiers: hbo max, hbo max+ and hbo max plus +
yeah sinister is the bit that makes less than no sense in the whole krakoa storyline. Apocalypse? evil, sure, but he’s the first mutant, empowers other mutants and is all about the strong surviving. Gorgon? Evil, but he’s a mutant and hasn’t done anything profoundly evil to mutants as a whole. Sinister? Not a mutant, c… Read more
It would be cathartic and a nice bow on her storyline, but based on source material I’m not holding my breath
That’s kind of Wanda’s whole character arc in the comics too though... sooooo... not much hope there, sorry.
I mean look at white vision coming into the hex now. No good things are lined up for wanda there.
That’s not to say that we wont see wiccan and speed again, but not without Wanda getting her heart torn out… Read more
I look forward to tagging my kids like cows with apple branded trackers
I’m not disagreeing or anything, but this isn’t anything new. My dad worked and played in the farm fields as a kid while crop dusters sprayed ddt down, and I don’t remember what brand specifically but growing up in the late 80’s/early 90's my mom freaked out that my sidewalk chalk was recalled because of mercury.
Everyone has their own opinions, of course. I haven’t seen Ratched, but of the shows I’ve watched Ozark is clearly the best show. It’s compelling, and while the third season isn’t as good as the first it’s still quality acting/writing/directing.
last season was better. Helena Bonham Carter crushed it. This season had far too much screen time for charles.
I’m totally cool with the mandalorian not winning. It’s fine. It’s an entertaining show, but it’s not high class drama. On the flip side, I’ve watched the crown. That shit is booooooring and in no way deserved a win. The most memorable episode this season was about a slowly dying stag.
I was fearful through the reign of an incompetent trump. There’s no need to escalate things.
Yeah, there are good bits, but oh my god are there so many shitty things about being a parent. It’s ok to acknowledge that and commiserate with other people about it.
Yeah I’m right there with you regarding launchpad. It wasn’t until he started having his own off screen adventures that he grew on me.
Buy all of the toys and get all of your friends and neighbors to do the same. These shows only exist/ed as a way to sell the toys.
I can’t be the only foaming at the mouth for more avatar kyoshi on screen, right?
Oh, I love Robbie in other stuff. I just don’t like her Harley Quinn
He constantly squints like he’s going to get Trump shaped dick slapped in his face. Like he just knows it’s coming and lets it degrade him a little bit further each time it happens.
Robbie is just too ... fake, and the movie is just not great IMO. The super fake new york accent grates, the narration has to tell you what to think and feel because it’s not conveyed in the movie, the action is fine at best and overtly cartoony at worst. It’s a superhero movie, I’m all for cartoony crap, but it’s… Read more
Kelly Cuoco is outstanding as Harley. I’d be 1000% ok with them recasting DC movies with Kelly Cuoco, but I know that’ll never happen.
