I get what they were going for... stars and stripes adjacent, but it’s not classy. classy for the 90's maybe, but not timeless.

I’m sure I’ll feel that way in 10-15 years, but feeling how I feel now I’d say it’s likely a large portion of nostalgia.

Nixon’s is by far the tackiest. Ford somehow made it look like someone’s grandmom’s living room. I think Biden’s is probably the most classy/american followed by bush the 1st. 

I was fearful through the reign of an incompetent trump. There’s no need to escalate things. 

Yeah, there are good bits, but oh my god are there so many shitty things about being a parent. It’s ok to acknowledge that and commiserate with other people about it.

He constantly squints like he’s going to get Trump shaped dick slapped in his face. Like he just knows it’s coming and lets it degrade him a little bit further each time it happens.

It’s well intentioned, but there’s no way to enjoy the shitty diapers, the not sleeping, the arguments with irrational 3 year olds, the tantrums of two year olds, and attempting to restrain a five year old who is raging against perceived injustice.

If you’re looking to do the absolute opposite then re-watch the matrix trilogy. I recently did this to myself. The original is inconsistent, but not bad, but the two sequels are so profoundly bad they ruin both the previous watch through of the matrix and your entire day.

This is a very good point. I was waiting in line about a half hour for my first shot, and there were a few older gents and ladies that looked like they were in pain standing in line for that long.

Let’s also not forget that they’re cowards who are afraid of their own base.

I don’t know what the VP’s fitness levels are like, but I’d wager that the secret service agents are in better shape. It would suck to run in dress shoes, sure, but I’m sure they’re not getting that winded. 

She’s still there making 174k, but she can’t really work at all, and if she’s voted out of office in two years (and God willing she will be) then she won’t really ever have the chance to become a lobbyist or a political talking head because she has no power or influence.

It’s the only thing that keeps her paycheck coming in. She ditches that party and they replace her with another bottle blonde so that they give the appearance of being balanced. 

yeah I don’t understand this one either. Silent majority, but they lost this election by like 7 million votes and they lost the popular vote in 2016 by almost 3 million votes.
