Naut there.
I’m going to start calling the doctors who do colonoscopies Poopenauts. They are explorers, of a sort.
May I suggest “Courty McCourt-face”
I wonder how many times that sign was stolen.
Change it to PeepeePoopooTime Lane.
Now Big Woke is coming for our poop. I should have listened to the warnings.
so just keep your EV between 30% and 80% ok. I do not want to sound like an range anxiety person but that leaves only 50% of the advertised range to play with.
But without those 4 inches, how will I keep people from thinking that it is just a minivan?!
I sort of can confirm this.
4 inches (or less) created the demand for the taller hoods in the first place.
Well which is it? Years ago they said that short cars were unsafe to pedestrians, so they passed laws that made cars taller.
Not to mention that a lot of EV trucks and SUVs have adaptative suspensions that can raise and lower ride height to improve highway efficiencies. Which cause them to camber out and/or toe out as they lower and eat up tires.
The EQS weighs like 2,500 lbs more than the model 3. Plus, it probably has 22" wheels on it ultra-low profile tires. Just really bad configuration.
It’s sort of funny that we couldn’t help ourselves with the performance possibilities of EVs so we just HAD to make every one of them accelerate like a Lambo.
Here in Indiana, I have never known a single person in my 50 years of life that has ever owned or used snow tires.
Considering that long haul truckers that goes over the passes literally can drive all 4 seasons in one long shipping trip, Not sure why anyone is expecting them to have dedicated winter only tires....
“...but they’re built to be used even when the weather warms up.”
Super-Trucker in the Hammer Lane. There’s a section of interstate between Mauston and Tomah (WI) that claims a lot of those idiots.
I drive a bread truck, like a UPS/FedEx truck but bigger. The front tires just have straight grooves in them. The rears are extremely chunky lugs. The 3 snow storms we have had this past week in the Mid-Hudson region have been a breeze.
