That’s again ASSuming the 50yo has gained any experience and not just gained more bad habits instead.

That doesn’t automatically mean EVERY 16yo is a worse driver than EVERY 50yo.

I mean, the Vigor also had 40 more hp and an extra gear over the 3.1.
Had his Beretta been a Quad4/manual, he’d have left your car in the dust.

Gen Z as there’s a decent proponent of them who got their license with no formal training during “Covid”.

Performance car is in the mind of the driver.

Backed up by 330 ft-lbs of torque no less.

Shadow guy has no idea what he’s speaking on.

And even at $10k under MSRP it’s still overpriced....

The V6s would run side by side with the 175hp CSX on a 0-60 sprint for the same reason.

If you really must choose one...

Problem there.
Good luck actually finding or purchasing that $33k base truck. The XL isn’t currently available, which means the XLT is your go to.

I mean, other than a vast knowledge of these cars and their drivetrains which you clearly lack......

The V6 wasn’t actually a downgrade, quite the opposite actually.
Not only was it far more reliable, but it offered a far wider torque band which actually made it quicker than the turbo cars.

Oh..... So salty you’re wrong AND uninformed on all counts..... Maybe don’t comment on a subject you know so little about next time.

Not really due to the turbo motor’s peaky/laggy nature.

So do you see them or not?

That’s kinda the point though.

The 97 WS6 was also only running 6.7s 0-60 with an almost 15s quarter mile.
They didn’t get to 5.5s 0-60 until the 1998 revision. The WS6 was 5.5s, the Z28 was 5.7, the Prowler fell right between at 5.6s.

Well, I replied to exactly one of your comments. I replied to another poster as well.
Sorry “How replying works” isn’t a strong suit for you....
