‘Honda rugged’

Except that Aspen Wagon IS a cool car....

Dad owned one of these with a built big block/4-speed combo:

Cheap to insure, cheap to maintain, plentiful parts.

I want a Lesabre. Smooth, reliable, comfortable, wonderful economy. Sign me up.

The year is 2022.
Average miles per year is 14k.

The best “badged” car is the one that doesn’t have to tell people what it is at all:

Wonder if this was a case of the factory wheels were corroding so they found aftermarkets that looked close and didn’t have to deal with finding or fixing OEM.

Those are stock wheels.

The 3000GT actually did appear in the FnF movies.

Counterpoint, the pillar pods tell me it’s owner was concerned enough about the vitals of his vehicle to install dedicated gauges to help.

I mean except the fact the the wheels are factory and the gauges are likely put in place to keep a proper eye on an otherwise finicky turbo engine....

I definitely won’t claim it’s everywhere, more just pointing out it exists and in places it does, some vehicles can see impressive gains from non-ethanol fuel.

My daily for example pulls 4-6 mpg better economy from non-ethanol fuel.

The truck definitely made it past the bollards, I’d say the truck won....... The trailer however......

All of our 91 octane here in WI is ethanol free.

The only place this argument holds any water is in places like where I live.

This!

I mean, “distracted driving” is the number one cause of traffic deaths.

Changing the fluid/filter on a properly working transmission won’t hurt it.

Incorrect fluid use and lack of proper maintenance accounted for the vast majority of issues with these transmissions.
