If you’re claiming you can’t consent by the time the government says you CAN consent (and they place those restrictions behind the curve intentionally) then the problem is you, not everyone else.

I mean, isn’t every school majority minority? Whites don’t have any government mandates to help them get in to college. Meanwhile you have affirmative action and HBCUs letting in the under-qualified and then kicking them out a year later when their grades plummet just to pocket the tuition.
