If you were born after 1982, you're a millennial. If not, you're a Gen-Xer.

Shortly after the invention of the printing press:

Yeah, there's a higher degree of difficulty with 35mm projection, but when it's done right, digital projection doesn't hold a candle to it. I hope this reviewer's one bad experience with a poor projectionist doesn't taint his opinion of 35mm presentation. Ignatiy, Go see a 35mm film at the Music Box (coincidentally

We're not pretending his impression is that great - it is. I'd never heard of the guy prior to his Trump, so I have no reason to be in his corner, but his Trump is far away the best. He has the mannerisms down pat, and his voice is much closer to current Trump, whereas most Trump impersonators are doing Trump before

People are being way too dismissive. This is definitely worth a shot. Anthony Atamanuik is an incredibly talented performer, and he is as committed to this character as Colbert circa 2006. This could be the Colbert Report of this administration, at least in function if not in quality of satire.

When it comes to John Oliver and Samantha Bee, I'll just paraphrase Jim Jefferies: They came here legally, they pay their taxes, and they can say whatever the fuck they want.

I think Baldwin came off much worse in that whole thing than either Atamaniuk or James Adomian. He tried so desperately to be funny and just made off-putting, outdated, borderline homophobic jokes.
Baldwin started the whole thing by essentially subtweeting Atamaniuk on Fallon. But I think he failed to realize he was

I know we're not supposed to talk about this openly, but this is the one show that I don't feel at all bad about torrenting either. Dan Harmon has straight up said that he knows most of his audience torrents and doesn't really care because the show isn't profitable from broadcast viewing anyway. adult swim is more

That was my first guess. Any other show I would just write this off, but the fact that we don't actually see C-137 jump into this particular Rick's body makes me suspicious.

I guess what I mean is, we followed C-137 jumping through bodies for awhile, then it cut to Morty and Summer, and then a Rick pops up in that scene claiming to be C-137, but we, the audience, never actually saw him go into that body. Unless I'm misremembering…

Can we talk spoilers?

This current one just started at 20:38, next one should start at 21:02

Where's the Rick and Morty Season 3 article?! It's 2017, NOTHING IS FAST ENOUGH FOR ME ANYMORE.

Pretty sure Tobey's Spider-Man had exactly one quip in the entire trilogy ("Here's your change!" while throwing a sack full of gold coins at the bank robbers in Spider-Man 2)

Doesn't that happen in the MCU all the time? The events of A:AoU leading to Hulk's self-imposed exile and eventual return in Thor: Ragnarok, the way the events of Winter Soldier directly impact Civil War and the way that changes Steve Rogers' outlook on the world, the events of the first Avengers movie giving Tony

Literally all Stan Lee creations are nerd wish fulfillment, just in different shades.

I think that's the bullet Marvel took when they made the Spider-Man deal. They knew Sony had these other projects in development. If Black Cat uses the word "Spider-Man" in that movie, I don't think they can stop it.

I think that's why they're talking about no Spidey in this or that Black Cat/Silver Sable movie, to avoid that whole problem. They're probably hoping they can pull off referencing the events of Homecoming without having Spider-Man himself, similar to what Deadpool did with referencing Prof. X and Wolverine without

"The general consensus? It won’t be for kids"

Sony still technically has the rights to Spider-Man. They just worked out a deal where they allow Marvel to use him in their films in exchange for the use of MCU characters in their Spider-Man films, as well as the help of Kevin Feige in producing the Spider-Man films.
