I predict it will end up winning 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Tonys.

It must be nice to have the Tony's on your side.

So 15 Step, Nude, Weird Fishes, All I Need…you don't see anything of merit in those songs?

Children of a Lesser God?

The From the Basement version of Bloom is pretty damn great.

I think you're giving Coldplay too much credit because what you described sounds absolutely delightful.

His work on weird fishes is fantastic. Seeing him play that live, it's really remarkable that at the end of that song, he records a loop high up on the fret board that he can't even hear while he's playing it, and it only becomes audible once he sets it.

It's not. It's similar, but it's not the same.

It's waaaaaaaay more than six. I don't know if any other band has gotten more mileage out of the pop punk chord progression.

I'm 24, I was 12 when their self-titled came out and that CD never left my boombox for probably a year straight. By the time I was 16 my best friend and I spent an entire summer driving around listening to The Mark, Tom, and Travis Show. We were late to the party but blink was definitely still a seminal high school

Dave Rothchild.

I came up with a perfect "Fuck, Marry, Kill" - Little Bill, Thomas the Tank Engine, and Bob the Builder.

On a scale of C- to C+, what would you rate it?

Maybe it's just me, but for me, I'm excited to see the Vicar of Yanks teaming up with Scott for all new televised episodes of Comedy Bing Bongs.

That song's okay.

Ooh I thought you meant that other American Crime show.

Wow you're right, I didn't realize that category was so deep. There's also The People vs. O.J. Simpson.

I know the Emmys are ultimately meaningless, and they have their competition cut out for them in the Drama category, but I still hope this show and the amazing performances on it get some recognition. Buscemi, Alda, Falco, and even Louie deserve nominations, as do the writing and the show itself. And that's not even

Man, there were so many fantastic performances on this show, I almost forgot about Laurie Metcalf. She was jaw-droppingly good.

Amy Sedaris is such a wonderful presence in her brief scene. She was like an injection of warmth and hope straight to the heart. That's why I was genuinely mad at what happened next. Why give me hope for Horace and then punch me in the gut like that, Louis CK, you mad genius?!
