They're in the same league, along with "Godfellas"

Has anyone mentioned the appalling lack of Futurama, specifically "Jurassic Bark"?

I've watched Tusk three times now and I am still completely bewildered by it. Its potential to be an enjoyable experience was always limited, because no matter how well it was executed, it was always going to be an incredibly dumb idea, and it wasn't executed very well at all, so it's not like I respect it from a

"In closing, to quote the song from Saved By The Bell: The College Years, ‘I’m standing at the edge of tomorrow…today.’ And so are you. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

Mulaney consistently makes me laugh. Pete Holmes as Father Trey was hysterical. That is all.

Funny People is a vastly underrated film. I actually kind of love it. I think Rogen and Sandler are both at the top of their game, Eric Bana is hysterical and Leslie Mann's performance is really dynamic. I actually think Apatow's gotten better with each film he's released.

I've only seen Attack of the Clones once and it was when it first came out when I was 10, so I just discovered how wonderfully terrible that whole exchange is when I watched that clip.
I've seen Revenge of the Sith a few times, though, so I'm familiar with stupid lines like
"Wait a minute! How did this happen? We're

The playback starts at 13:39 though.

Nope, it's "I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere."

That Attack of the Clones scene. Holy shit. I might need to get drunk and watch that again sometime soon because that was hilarious.

Saw her in Chicago back in October. Was a great show.

"I understand you've got some cooking tips for us, Diane!"

Wonderful news, I know where I'll be March 27th. Their show at the Bottom Lounge in July was fantastic and I'm beyond stoked they're coming back to Chicago so soon.

I've never listened to Hurray for the Riff Raff, so in my mind I like to pretend that they play exclusively Americana RiFF RAFF covers.

You're right, I misread the booklet. Test Pilot is Tunde, Love Stained, which is on the same page, is Malone.
Well then I guess Test Pilot is Adebimpe at his finest, haha.

Haha fair enough. I'm sort of the opposite. Was never really a fan, although I thought "We are Never…" and "I Knew You Were Trouble" were pretty good. But the first time I heard "Shake It Off" I found myself begrudgingly getting really into it. Every once in awhile an unapologetically upbeat, feel-good pop song like

Fair enough. I also paid like 50+ dollars for one of the vinyl packages so I was pretty much predisposed to like it, haha.
I would recommend giving "Careful You" and "Test Pilot" in particular another shot though. If you can get past the glossier production, the skeletons of both of those songs are pure

Sea of Cowards is the best thing Jack's done post-Stripes IMO. I really like his solo stuff too, but it does leave something to be desired when compared to the energy and uniqueness of that stretch of White Stripes albums from De Stijl through Icky Thump.

I kept hearing about what a great pop album that was, and I always go into those kinds of big, mainstream pop albums with an open mind (I think, for instance, that if you remove two songs from Bangerz you've got a solid 'A-' pop album), so I gave 1989 a try. I still don't get it. "Shake It Off" and "Blank Space", are

Phew, okay, so you're ears do work haha. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree about Run the Jewels though.
