Love the Drake!
Love the Drake!
I'm absolutely obsessed with High Violet and Trouble Will Find Me right now. I haven't listened to much of their earlier stuff yet, outside of "Fake Empire", "Mistaken for Strangers", "Squalor Victoria" and "Mr. November". Are their first two albums and Cherry Tree worth listening to or should I just start with…
Woah, I don't go in for these nu-Degrassi:The Next Generation kids. I stopped watching after Season 9 (which was still way, way too far in for me to still be watching that show).
What about J.T. on Degrassi: The Next Generation?!
He's far too unlikable to be a hobbit and too opinionated to be a hipster. What you are left with is simply, a douche.
Or Nardwuar.
Nobody churns butter like that.
I wouldn't mind "selfie". It's a perfectly cromulent word.
I love Jack Donaghy, But Conan O'Brien in real life is streets ahead of any fictional character Alec Baldwin has ever played, ever.
Somehow I don't picture Amy Poehler shouting "Maidenhead!" at their shows as a realistic scenario.
This is a discussion about the past, your word is no good to me!
When Marty is watching TV with his daughters and his wife, he asks if they're watching "dumb blondes in cracker country", and based on the soundtrack - what sounded like cows and chickens and the voices of two airheaded women - I'm guessing that's a reference to The Simple Life, but that show didn't start until 2003…
I just read The War for Late Night the other day. And I thought I had a negative impression of Jeff Zucker BEFORE reading that book….
Anybody else see that live Getting Doug with High? Matt Besser had so many good lines.
A Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace scared the shit out of me when I was a kid.
In all seriousness though, how amazing would it be if DiCaprio signed on for Season 2? If the Oscar's too elusive, maybe he'll start chasing that Emmy instead. There's about an 1000% percent chance he would win.
I read this in Lrrr's voice, up until the LOL.
Please be careful when mentioning Cookie Monster around here…
Fallon, "who is an appealing presence but also more or less Jay Leno repackaged for millennials."
What, no love for Clerks: The Animated Series?
