I rented a convertible Mustang in Orlando several years ago to go on a long road trip to Key West (holy cow does it take forever to traverse Florida) with my uncle, who was in a losing battle with cancer at the time.

Freight engines don’t produce head-end power. UP has dedicated power cars (“Howard Fogg 209") lashed up to their business car consists to provide power. I was told modern diesels provide better brake pipe pressure plus can act as backup in case of breakdown.

I’m not a Star Wars fan but Hamill has always seemed to be one of the really decent human begins out in the celebesphere, terrific with dealing with fans, both pro and con, and willing to make his sincere opinions known. Good on him.

Unfortunately, it’s incredibly difficult to get a locomotive into a garage, or drive one to work

I literally wore out my copy of Most Wanted. This is what happens when you have a 3 hour police “chase” when your parked on top of the bus station and all of the cop cars are piling up below you like a feeding frenzy in a koi pond.

If Mr. Ford says it deserves to be a Mustang than it becomes a Mustang despite not being a 2 door coupe, let alone having no ICE engine option. Despite the protestations of the enthusiasts it becomes a member of the Mustang family because Ford says so.

No, but it’s not a trim level of the Mustang coupe therefore would not be listed there.

Jason, I am so glad you exist. You are delightful.

You are beginning to show signs of the Isolation Madness, Jason.

Bingo bango. My brother has a ‘12 EXL coupe with the V6 and 6-speed, and it is still quick and fun to drive. Rear vis (surprisingly to me at least) was not great. That’s the only ding I could come up with.

I wouldn’t trust billionaires to know how to drive

My standard reply for anyone who needs to schlepp stuff, needs something dead reliable, and affordable.

You’re an ICU nurse? Today, the question isn’t what car you should buy, it’s what car we should buy for you.

Used Honda Accord Sport. ~2010 with around 80k miles
