I've been discussing this on another forum and there is a lawyer present in that discussion. According to him an arrest in "anytime the police impede your personal freedom of movement". The police do not need to say "stop, you're under arrest", they do not need to handcuff you, they do not even need to tell you that…
But there is also the argument that they were wrongfully arrested and only consented to the search because they were under duress. Ergo they didn't actually consent to the search and anything found during the search is therefore inadmissible in a court of law. If there was no probable cause for the initial…
You may not be able to sue at the state or local level, but since this is a very clear violation of the Fourth Amendment you would be able to sue in Federal court. And you will win the lawsuit.
Actually you can argue that the illegally arrested (they were handcuffed after all) people were under duress which is why they consented to the search. Since the consent was given under duress it is not truly consent and therefore the search is still illegal.
Actually, being handcuffed does mean that you were arrested. If the officer verbally orders you to stay put then you are detained. Anyone who gave their "consent" after the time they were illegally arrested can and should claim that they were under duress when they sue the Aurora PD.
Watch yer cornhole bud.
Check out Magdeburg on Google Earth if you get the chance. My head is so full of WTF from trying to figure it out. At first glance the rivers look like something drawn by M.C. Esher. The water bridge crosses the river, but you can sail from the river to the water bridge. But if you study the area it turns out that…
Nibbles, I'll give you a cookie if you let this picture show up.
EFFING GET THE G.D. INTERNET EXPLORER ADVERTISEMENT OFF OF THE DAMN PICTURE SO THAT I CAN READ THE EFFING SIGN!!!!!
Pretty sure they use JB weld and gaffer tape.
See "pretty sure thats a Lambo dude". See also "low flying pelicans".
Almost totally unrelated, but the GTFAC has been confusing me to no end. Figured it was something similar to GTFO, but just couldn't get my head around the AC part of it. In comes [www.urbandictionary.com] and it turns out Jalopnik is internet famous.
That guys awesome. Here is the full presentation. And yes it is in my Youtube favorites.
Oh thats effing creepy. But personally I'd rather run the risk of bugs in the helmet, though that would definitely make me thoroughly inspect the helmet the next time I went to put it on.
Well played Jackie. And for that you get yourself a heartclicky.
Now they need to stuff a V12 in the backseat, add a roll cage and enter it in the Dakar rally. Or Baja maybe. Either way it would be great to see Lamborghini on the entry list for a cross country rally.
Ve are from the enginerink department. Thank you for mentioning ze easy access to ze viper motors. This vill be addressed in ze next redsign.
Aw come on. The pig livery is cool.
Thanks, I was too lazy to bother searching. I do wonder if the 333 was just coming off a warmup lap though. Either way the F2003 appears to have a huge advantage in acceleration. And braking. And cornering. So yeah, the F2003 is just that much faster than the 333. Though I haven't watched the videos back to back.
