I love my hips, they are lovely and the perfect size! BUT I tend to have narrow shoulders, so when my hips are accentuated a lot, I feel out of balance. I prefer to play up the hourglass rather than the pear, and my body can definitely go either way. I don’t think that’s uncommon or a bad thing! :) Personal preference.

Agreeeed. Waist —> hip gathering can be super flattering, but this looks like something I would put on and make a o_O face because of its nonsensical design. Why would I want to wear something that hits right at the widest point of my body?

I mean, he doesn’t exactly rap about cheery subjects... what face do you want them to have? A big ol’ smile?

Ya know, for all I don’t agree with this bill, I do appreciate that they said the counseling can occur via telecommunication. One of the major issues with the 24 hour wait period practically, rather than philosophically, is that women often can’t take two days off of work to go to the doctor for first the counseling

How about his brilliant idea to require muslims to wear an identifying badge? Literally star of david all over again.

My feelings were not hurt... I’m that magic size 8 that you deem large enough not to be degraded.

You are mean and bitter....

Yeahhh, this lady seems like the exact person Nigella was talking about... Nigella’s point was the whole shaming-people-for-unclean-eating-thing and/or the holier-than-thou attitude of clean eaters is just another manifestation of unhealthy obsession over food. Ladyology definitely has that going on.

OK but can you appreciate the engineering of it all? As an adult thats one of the things I love about it... it is done so WELL. ‘

Dear lord, please no one attempt to fight gingivitis with SUGAR. SUGAR???? what the ever loving fuck.

Oh, I know! I do not think otherwise... I know I am very, very lucky. I was responding to the original post that seemed to indicate that people who get help from their parents are calling their parents up and asking for money, gifts, whatever they want.

I did the same, bc I was like, “Dude, I totally thought Selena Gomez was in her 20s.” And I was right. A party with people in the 20s and 30s... does not seem that weird, lol.

Correct.

Absolutely.

I will do my absolute best :D

That is exactly what I try do!

Yeah, I get that. I emphasized the choice bit because your initial post indicated that you perhaps thought that millennials who receive money from their parents are all asking their parents for that money. Like an “Oh mommy, I spent too much on clothes this month, can I have some more?” situation, and I was trying to

I grew up upper-middle class. Starting in high school my parents would give me a set allowance per month that I could spend how I wanted - but if it ran out, that was all I had. I think when I was a freshman/sophomore I got like $75/month, and then when I started driving (gas) I got like $150/month (gas is expensive

I am someone who is being supported through grad school by my parents... they pay my living expenses (rent, food, what have you), I pay my school tuition. I do not ask them to do any of that. It would suck quite a bit more if they weren’t helping me as they are, but I definitely, definitely never asked them for that

Maybe she means introverted?
