A square of toilet paper is larger than that little scrap of fabric. It looks sooo uncomfortable, like you'd be constantly tugging it up and glancing down to make sure that your little bit of movement hasn't dislodged it.
Our jack russell mutt is like that. Before he was left at the shelter he used to live in a home with little kids, so he's very gentle and always has a fascination for chicks, baby goats, kittens etc. He's very good with strangers too, alert but not aggressive, always taking his cues from us.
I do too, along with either constipation or diarrhea (ooops, excuse me!). I've experienced it ever since I was a teen so I'm very used to it now and can just kinda ignore it. The cramping and bloating is never fun but at least I know it's only for a day.
