Yeah? I tried to find any restaurant here (west coast) that serves raw meat, but no joy. One day I read “carpaccio” in a menu and immediately ordered it, only to be given thinly slices of TOMATO CARPACCIO. Can you believe it? TOMATO CARPACCIO, which is NOT a CARPACCIO. I was so mad. ;-(

Never ate octopus, but fresh, like in moving fresh, sashimi, and yes, it tastes better, flavorsome, mellower.... the afterwards was the problem.

Chicken. When I was 8 we went to the countryside and stayed with some friends. It was a small farm, and I liked to play with the chicks. After having pet dogs, birds, fishes, red sliders, bunnies, hamsters and a quail, I came to the same conclusion. Only good pets are cats and dogs. I regret so much having birds, they should fly free! And for heavens sake, people, never have monkeys or apes. Never, ever. Oh, and spiders.
