Power companies have already begun wrecking these outdated coal plants en masse and constructing cleaner and more efficient natural gas, solar, and wind plants.

I decommission these plants and have not been to one yet where every single employee was offered a job within the company at another location. The only ones that “lose” their jobs are the ones that don’t want to relocate.
