That's horseshit. Most intercooler sprayers, even factory ones, come with a simple on off switch. Subaru has put these on the STI for years. I can install a quality water/meth injection kit on my vehicles for well under $1k. You'd have to be a fucking moron to spend $1k on an intercooler sprayer.
