It is hard to balance around all sides of the square but its not just top 100... closer to top 25,000? Out of 30,000,000? But the problem is these players have, more or less, perfected the gameplay of their chosen characters.

Considering they released the stats saying Diamond+ is only like 10-15% of the playerbase, I’d say your opinion was actually pretty popular among the casuals/lowbies. The game is very different down there. She needed the buff.
